Girton Classes

Outdoor Group Exercise at Girton with high and low intensity workouts for all abilities.

Bootcamps - a higher intensity workout involving a mix of strength, cardio and core exercises, using a wide range of equipment.

Walking Mobility - our new lower intensity, zero impact workouts focus on strength, balance and mobility with walking in between, using equipment such as resistance bands and boxing pads.
